These are certainly unexpected events – for all of us. We are vigilantly monitoring the progression of COVID-19 and remain focused on the safety and well-being of our associates, agents and policyholders. Despite these challenges, I want to assure you that Grange Insurance remains dedicated to serving our policyholders and agents at the highest service level possible without interruption. To ensure their safety, our associates are working from home, but our Customer Care Center and Claims teams are fully functional and operating as normal.
